It’s time for more of the same! It’s time for electors to just get on with it!

As it is the first day of April Zorro has reflected upon how he has responded to the efforts of the East Devon Conservatives in their running of the District Council and how effective their MP, Hugo Swire, has been over the past 5 years.

Zorro has had an epiphany! Zorro now realises the full error of his ways!

Zorro realises that the District Council Conservative majority group has been doing what comes naturally; doing what they know is right despite the electors being so resistant to change and not recognising what is in their best interests.

Similarly Zorro recognises that just because our MP spends little time in the Constituency and does little about key local issues, doesn’t mean he’s not the right person to be our MP. Zorro now sees Hugo Swire for what he is; someone who can put a fatherly arm, whilst conserving his energy, around his Constituents so that we don’t really have to worry or think for ourselves.

So it’s an epiphany for Zorro! What a fool I’ve been and this being April too.
