Someone has been playing about with the notice board of the West Hill Conservatives! It appeared that on 27 November a notice was left on it that read –

FOR THE ATTENTION OF CONSERVATIVE PARTY MEMBERS OF WEST HILL

Cllr Claire Wright Blog has today been reported to the authorities for allowing the

publishing of an offensive and threatening comment towards the Conservative

Party councillors of East Devon District Council

Interestingly today a sealed plain brown envelope was pushed through the letterbox. Mrs Zorro opened it in trepidation and was surprised to find in the envelope, a note from a 'concerned Conservative' which said that they attached the original notice that was posted on the West Hill Conservatives’ notice board on 27 November. This apparently was binned because it was too honest. This original reads –

 FOR THE ATTENTION OF CONSERVATIVE PARTY MEMBERS OF WEST HILL

Cllr Claire Wright Blog has today been reported to the authorities for allowing the

publishing of an offensive and threatening comment towards the Conservative

Party councillors of East Devon District Council

Cllr Phil Twiss has today handed himself in to the police as he has circulated the offensive and threatening comment to many other people

This notice has nothing to do with trying to influence how you feel about how you might vote in the 2015 general election when Cllr Claire Wright will be challenging Hugo Swire for the East Devon Constituency seat
